                A Tread depth of 3/32 to 4/32 is when we recommend tire replacement, This will give you between 5000 to 10,000 miles to be prepared for tire replacement, 2/32 fails NC State inspection. There are also other things we look at when recommending tires, we look at dry rot on the sidewalls, uneven tire wear, or bubbles/bulging on the sidewalls.
